CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the product has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at info@imagmedical.com or call +91 8799 442288 with your order details.
Cancellation after dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
Refund on cancellation
Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for return
Goods are eligible for return only if they are received back in perfect condition, with the blister pack unopened and undamaged. Products with an opened or damaged blister pack are not eligible for return.
Raising a return query
A return query must be raised within 2 working days after the delivery of goods. Queries raised after this window cannot be processed.

REFUND POLICY
When a refund is initiated
A refund is initiated in the following two cases:
Undelivered goods, where delivery could not be completed.
Returned goods, where the product is received back in perfect condition with the blister pack unopened and undamaged.
Refund timelines
For undelivered goods, the refund is initiated within 2 working days after confirmation of non-delivery by the courier company.
For returned goods, the refund is initiated within 2 working days after the goods are received back in perfect condition.
Mode of refund
Refunds are processed via NEFT for which bank accounts details would be required. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
